We get it. You're busy at Brock. You have class work, extra-curriculars, an on-campus job, friends, and maybe you're even in a relationship. The extra time that you do have is reserved for Netflix, gaming, and enjoying a fresh pour-over or a cold beer with friends.

So, it's difficult to consider joining another club. It's not that attractive to add more to your to-do list.

But here is where Brock Campus Ministry is different. We aren't just another club looking for numbers. We aren't looking to add anything to your list of things to get done.

We are a family of Brock students journeying together. Asking some hard questions of faith and life, building real relationships, and doing our very best to follow Jesus together. We are a support system. We are a community. We study together. We do life together. We are a home away from home.

You are not alone

If you are a Brock student you are welcome here.

So if you are weary and in need of rest, if you are doubting and in need of comfort, if you are questioning and in need of answers, if you're overwhelmed with student life and in need of peace, or if you are following faithfully and in need of community - we are here for you.

My name is Zack DeBruyne. I am a follower of Jesus, a Pastor and Chaplain at Brock University, a husband to Malorie, a lover of all things caffeinated, a dedicated Manchester United fan, and a Brock alum who is passionate about seeing young people come to experience the love and grace of Jesus every single day.

I know what it is like to go to Brock. I know what it's like to carry the responsibilities of a student. I know both the valleys and the mountains of the University experience. It's different and difficult for every student.

So today, maybe you have no idea who Jesus is, or what it means to be a Christian. Or maybe you've been in church your whole life, but are unsure about what it means to be in a relationship with God. No matter where you are, I cannot wait to connect with you. We care about you, we are praying for you, and we're here for you.
